Why is Universal Clipboard not working?
The usual causes, in order: different Apple Accounts, Handoff switched off, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi off, or the devices too far apart or locked.
Can I sync my iPhone clipboard with Windows?
Not with a built-in Apple tool today. Microsoft's Phone Link syncs the clipboard only with Android phones, so iPhone to Windows needs a cloud note, email or a cross-platform app.
